"Miska," Limited Edition print
"Miska," Limited Edition print
This incredibly detailed drawing was completed with Faber Castell Polychromos and Prismacolor premier pencils on white card. The original photo was taken and referenced with permission from Australian photographer David Whelan. Helen’s desire to capture Miska’s beautiful nature and calm gaze was paramount for this portrait. A high level of detail and attention was given to her coat and markings, as well as the textures required to give the impression of a thick coat of fur. These prints are reproduced with the finest quality inks and professional processing to ensure that they show every pencil stroke and mark like the original artwork.
